Finding the password - Please help us

Our IT manager, an incredible person, died in a car accident last Friday (August 5th, 2022). He was 39, with a wife and a little daughter.
He managed everything with the 1P application: the company passwords tied to the various online services, but also passwords for home, home automation, and the various TV services.
He left no information on how to enter the application. In my hand I have only the phone with the application. I already read in your site all the ways to recover the password, but no one handles this situation.
Can you help our company and his family get into the application? We can answer to any question (any certificate or else) you need but please help us.
