Copying passwords (too easy) in PW8

Hi,

The passwords in the item field of 1Pw8 can be copied (far too easy)
Just by clicking the password field, passwords are moved to the clipboard by accident.
A long click result in different options like copying and is more secure.
Why don’t you prevent 1pw8 copying the password by one click.?
By the way I noticed some mistakes in the Dutch translation of some words. Let me know if I can help you.

@Jack.P_1P or colleague. Can you please respond? The way copying works by one click is very annoying and unsafe. Hope you can change it and make iit only availably by long pressing ( safer and functioning)

Just let user to choose a deafult action by their own. I suppose it's about few minutes of developer's engagement to implement so.

I much preferred being able to reveal the password rather than to automatically copy it. Now (in version 8) there’s no easy way to reveal. Or am I just missing something?

@langert3, currently, the option to reveal a password is a long press on a password field. I hope this helps!

Question: Is it necessary or advisable to uninstall 1P8 and its Chrome extension each time Chrome issues an update?
I'll watch for an answer before I uninstall and go back to 1P7.

Hi Jack or other team members . Last month I started this topic….Can you gave an update please.?
Copying a password to the clipboard as described is not secure. Long pressing only is good enough.
