I just installed 1PW8. How do I uninstall 1PW7? *

I am running Monterey on my iMac and after installing 1pw8 should i uninstall 1pw7? 7 isint my dock and 8 is in my dock & menu bar. I have both versions on my cmputer. Should I uninstall 7? I can't find the 1password extension version but since I just installed shouldn't it be up to date?

    Hey bwaldron! 1Password 8 will automatically place your existing install of 1Password 7 in a zip archive once complete. So you shouldn't have to worry about it, but if you see 1Password 7 pop up anywhere, you can move it to the Trash and empty the Trash. As for the new extension, it is a separate install from the older classic extension. The new extension can be installed from the links in this article: https://support.1password.com/getting-started-browser/.
