integration with MacOS Security Login with Yubikeys

I use Yubikeys to login to my Mac, I can't use the fingerprint reader because I work with it docked most of the time.

I was about to file a feature request, but want to make sure it is not currently supported. This is the reference ->

I also know Yubikey can be used for MFA, that is not what i am asking.

    Hi @freddymac:

    Thanks for reaching out! As it currently stands, you can use Touch ID or Apple Watch to unlock 1Password 8 on your Mac. It isn't possible to use the smartcard functionality using Yubikeys or other devices to unlock 1Password for Mac.

    I've shared your feature request internally with the team! While I can't promise anything, we use feedback like yours to help inform the future of 1Password.
