1P8 Install options

Is 1Password 8 for Mac available through the Mac App Store or solely from the 1PW site?
My 1P7 came from the App Store - but 1P8 is not there. Will it be available via this route?

1Password 8 is available from our site. Best Password Manager for macOS & Safari The best suggestion I can offer is to subscribe updates to Updates about Mac App Store availability This will be the easiest method to receive updates. :)
