I keep pressing New Item rather than Autofill

in Browsers (Edge, Chrome, Firefox, etc.)

When I press the browser extension's button on the top right in Chrome to fill logins, I keep pressing the "New Item" button rather than the "Autofill" button. I think it's because the wrong one is dark blue, I think the colours should be swapped.
