"Share History" Details Wasn't Easy For Me To Find In Desktop App

I just noticed after doing some searching that the "Share History" is kind of in an obscure place, instead of it being available via the 3-dot option menu of an item, for ex. Personally, that's where I was expecting to find it, such as right near the option to "Share". Also, I wonder if there was some sort of fairly easy way to tell if an item has been/is being "shared". Thanks
