There are a few issues.

  1. Changes to the preference "Keep item detail windows on top" have no effect on already opened windows.

  2. Item detail windows do no honor the current Interface zoom level (in fact, neither does the Preference dialog).

  3. When changing the preference "Keep item detail windows on top", currently open Item detail windows will refresh to the current zoom level. And so does the Preference dialog.
