Touch ID is greyed out in 1Password 8.8.0

Touch ID is greyed out in 1Password 8.8.0 on Monterey 12.5 on Macbook Pro M1 Max
Tried all the previous solutions of ensuring Touch ID for unlocking your mac unchecked and rechecked. Also deleting all fingerprints and re-enrolling with restarts etc. etc.
Sending you a Diag report to support email

Anyone else had this / solved? Cheers, John
