Cannot auto fill on Adyen.help

https://www.adyen.help cannot be autofilled. When you click sign-in, there's a popup for the credentials. Even though I get the 1Password logo in the password field, autofill does nothing. I have to type or drag/drop from the extension's own popup.

    Hi,

    Still not working. Followed manual and also created a new login directly in the 1Password app. Neither worked.
    I couldn't tell, were you using Firefox in your video?

    @faubt In the video, I was using the extension in Chrome but it's the same version extension in Firefox and I've confirmed that both fill fine for me. I'm curious, do you have trouble filling on any other sites? If you create a brand new profile in Firefox and install only 1Password in it, are you able to fill your login on https://www.adyen.help? If not, can you take a screen recording and share it with us?

    Hi,

    Nope, doesn't work in a fresh profile of Firefox either. This is the only site I can't autofill in right now.
    I will take the screen recording when I have a few minutes.

    Hi,

    I figured it out. The login popup is coming from adyen.zendesk.com. If that is not on on the 1Password item as a website, then the autofill doesn't work.
    By putting both www.adyen.help and adyen.zendesk.com on my login item, the autofill now works.

    @faubt Filling did work for me, but perhaps I was routed to a different sign-in form. Whatever the case, I'm glad things are working well for you now. Please let us know if you need any more help!
