Mistake in the migration documentation for CLI 1 to 2

There is a small mistake in the migration documentation for CLI 1 to 2

In particular:

• The "add user user vault" and "remove user user vault" mention that the "group" argument has changed to "--group", that should read that the "user" argument has changed to "--user".
• The "manage connect add group" and "manage connect remove group" mention that the "vault" argument has changed to "--vault", that should read that the "group" argument has changed to "--group".

• The "remove group" and "remove user user vault" mention permissions to "grant", it should be permissions to "revoke".
