How do I disable Create Masked Email?

I enabled Create Masked Email with integration to Fastmail. I now wish to discontinue this in favor of iCloud's implementation of hidden emails. How do I remove this integration and prevent Create Masked Email from showing up on forms?

    Hi @joshdoyle:

    If you'd like to turn off Masked Emails in 1Password, go to my.1Password.com, then choose Integrations from the sidebar on the right. Select Fastmail, then select Deactivate Fastmail.

    Let me know how you get on with that!
