Resetting passwords
I get very confused by the process of updating/resetting passwords. There are times when I need to, or am asked to reset my password. This latest case involves me forgetting my password, as the one I had in Password didn’t work. I sent the request, received an email and was taken to the reset page. This is where the issue starts. 1Password doesn’t give me the tool to choose a new random password. It seems it should provide that tool, and then, once a new password is created, it should update the relevant entry in 1Password. This workflow just rarely, if ever seems to happen. I don’t know if I’m missing something, or doing something wrong. I’m looking for some help here.
