The 1password chrome extension will not take new password. any ideas on how to fix this?

We had an employee that forgot their password for 1password and had to make a recovery. After they recover their account, they can log in to chrome, but the 1password extension will not take the new password. We've already tried restarting chrome, deleting the extension, and reinstalling it. Chrome is up to date as well. Not sure why it is doing this.

    Hey @cvargas95! Does your employee also use the 1Password app? If so, let's have them do the following:

    1. Right-click the 1Password icon in the browser toolbar and choose Settings.
    2. Under General, disable "Integrate with 1Password app".
    3. Under Accounts & Vaults, sign out of the affected account.
    4. Sign back into the account.
    5. Go back to General, and re-enable "Integrate with 1Password app".

    Let me know how that goes!
