Issue with specific website - My Great Lakes (https://mygreatlakes.org)

Hello,
this website requires you to enter both a PIN and a password in order to login in a new browser or anytime you choose to not have the browser "remember you." I cannot for the life of me find a workaround. See screenshots

1Password will only store the password OR the PIN for autofill and not both. I choose the password. It always thinks the PIN field is for the password.

Any advice on how to get 1Password to store all relevant login info and enter it automatically?
