Can 1Password save the Schwab wire transfer fields?

For investments, I use Schwab's wire transfer page a lot. Usually it's transfers to the same few places, just different amounts of money, or different notes in the reference field. Ideally I'd be able to have a template in 1Password that autofills most of the information.

I tried today to fill out the form, and then right click, 1password -> save login... but it doesn't look like any of the fields on the page were saved (admittedly, none of them were an actual login field). Is it possible to do this automatically somehow?
