Password sync issues in 1Password 8

I noticed password sync issues with 1Password 8 for an item I have added in my Windows 11 desktop app.

There is no manual sync options as we had in 1Password 8. Any help to resolve this issue would be appreciated.

Im having similar issue but between apple devices. I have set some secure notes on my iPhone 1Password App but I can't find them on the 1Password 8 for Mac. The only thing that worked so far was importing some passwords from other service. New passwords have the same issue.

Please email us using support+forum@1password.com. Be sure to use the email address tied to the account in question. Please note this conversation and include any details you can think of about the item in question.

1. Where was it originally created? Which device?
2. Has it ever synced?
3. What type of item is it?
4. Does it appear on 1Password.com?
5. If it does not appear on one device, and you create the same item type does it appear on 1Password.com?
6. Does that same item in step 5 appear on the other device?
7. If you create an item on 1Password.com does it appear on both devices?

If you are searching for your item please note that substring search is not implemented you'll need to know exactly how it is listed or searching will fail. I would check the item type on the Mac to locate the item.
