Adding accounts does not offer saved 1Password account passwords

I have >20 1Password accounts. When setting up 1Password 8 for iOS I am required to log into all of the accounts again. When entering the passwords (they are all different and random/complex) they are not presented as options from the values in my primary account. Fortunately the 1Password 7 for iOS password picker is still available. This is also an issue on macOS.
