1pw8 doesn't fill in any apps.

I had been using 1Password 7 since it came out (and more than a decade prior) and it was working great. I upgraded to 8, and the app itself works, and the Safari integration can work, but in other apps and browsers, I am no longer getting prompted to use 1pw to fill in passwords.

... Well, this all happened yesterday. Last night, I had tried rebooting the iPhone (no change). Then I deleted and reinstalled 1Password in an attempt to fix it, and was seeing the same results afterwards.

However, this morning I am now getting the prompts in other apps.

This is terribly confusing. I'm wondering if there's something about a background process that needs to be up? The iOS Settings::Passwords::AutoFill Passwords is, and had been, set to use 1Password.
