1Password is loading a very old email address into a general web form

I have just produced a detailed step by step listing with screen shots of my issue and I cannot load it because your document does not support PDF or Word documents it seems???

Useless!

1Password Version: 8.8.0
Extension Version: Link does not work
OS Version: 12.5

    Yes, that was it. I have amended the stored identity email address now.

    Thanks for reaching out. First, the 1Password Support Community is a public page, so I've deleted your screenshots as they contain some personal information.

    1Password uses the email in your Identity item(s) stored in 1Password. Here's an example:

    If you look in your Identity items in 1Password, do you have an Identity item with this old email address? Let me know.

    As I cannot save a word do or PDF using your file upload I have saved screen grabs 1-3 of the document.

    Is this a setting in 1-Password or is it in Safari? As far as I know Safari is using my contact record and that definitely does not contain this old email address, it only has the two original email addresses that popped up at the start of the process.

    I’m using 1Password for Mac 8.8.0 and Safari Version 15.6 (17613.3.9.1.5) on a MacBook Air (M1 2020) running OS Monterey Version 12.5
