1Password won't let me update billing information

I've tried to add a new credit card, but it just says "processing" and doesn't add the card. My default card isn't valid any longer so I need to set up a new one. I'm on 1password.com, not in the app. I have looked at and followed all instructions online to no avail. How can I actually get a new credit card attached to my account so I can pay my bill?
