I can’t use 1 password

I was told to delete my 1password and reload it. I’m not having any success with the App

    Can you expand on what you deleted? The app? browser extension etc? Who told you to delete something? If you have an existing support request open with the team I would highly recommend continuing the conversation with my colleagues. Do you have a support id? If so, can you share it?
