I upgraded to 8 on my iPhone 13 Pro can i delete the 7 icon & 8 will work?

If so, then yes you can remove 1Password 7. 1Password 8 will work. Note if you use the Apple watch app you'll likely want to continue to use both versions. The Apple watch app is not part of 1Password 8 at this time.
