Suggested Passwords Appear But Don't Fill

I'm on a Macbook Air running Monterey 12.4 and I'm running 1Password version 8.9.4 with the browser extension for Firefox 104.0.2. When I am on a page that is asking for a new password, I do get a suggested password from 1Password that appears in a small bubble right below the "new password" field. However, when I click on the suggested password nothing happens. The field doesn't get filled. Please help. Here's a video of what I'm experiencing: https://www.screencast.com/t/ofatWmVTHN

  • Hi @jargonicles, thanks for following up. I don't have any updates to share at the moment but we are actively investigating this bug. If your father is open to sharing his console logs, we can certainly take a closer look at what's happening on his particular device:

    Hi. My dad just installed 1Password on his Apple laptop and is having this exact issue. Is there a solution to this?

    I appreciate your help with this. I followed your instructions and sent an email with the console log to that support+forum email address. The support ID is: [#KNV-87122-795]

    I suspect this is related to a recent bug, but in order to confirm I'd like to ask you to create a console log from 1Password in your browser:

    Save a console log for 1Password in your browser

    Attach the console log to an email message addressed to support+forum@1password.com.

    With your email please include:
