How to delete password items in 1Password Version 8.9.4

I tried to delete several old password items and there is no delete.

For example I have an item and password for Acquia.com. My account there does not exist anymore so I would like to delete it. First of all, I cannot edit it because there is a message at the bottom telling me: Your account is frozen. Reactivate your subscription at anytime to unfreeze your account and restore all functionality. When I reactivate it, it takes me to my online account informing me that my account is active. When I refresh the software I still get the error message my account is frozen

My Vault online has not been loaded with my password. I am using strictly your 1Password 8.9.4.

  • Hi @ahoodnick:

Reaching out to us via email at support+forum@1password.com from the email address you've used to create your 1Password account would be your best bet. As your screenshot indicates, it seems that the account you're currently signed into the 1Password apps is frozen.

After emailing in, you'll receive a reply from BitBot, our helpful assistant, with a support ID that looks like [#ABC-12345-678].
