1 Account Showing as Locked in Chrome

I have 2 accounts linked to my account (1 work and 1 personal) Different master passwords for each. Unfortunately my personal account shows as locked on the chrome extension. When clicking unlock it takes me to the app, which doesn't allow me to unlock the account

I have tried -

1 - reinstalling both the extension and the 1password program on Windows
2 - Turned off integration with the app (this causes the chrome extension to stick on the sign in, spinning indefinitely)
3 - Tried to just use the personal account signed in.

Any other suggestions would be great.
