Dates showing up instead of passwords in iOS Safari
Got this from the link below. Happening with me too.
Previously when I tried to log in somewhere safari would show me my 1password login option, I can tap that, it does face ID then fills in the form.
Recently (not exactly sure when, maybe last few weeks) safari has started showing me dates instead. If I click the "key" on the side it shows the 1password login, but usually it's last on the list. If I click the date instead of the correct login, it fills out the form and puts the date in the username.
Is this 1password's bug or some issue with iOS (or safari)? Any idea how to fix it?

This was not fixed in iOS 16 for me.

Here is how I discovered this problem.
My 1Password vault had two logins for my OneDrive account. Both logins had the same website address, but only one had a saved username
So when I used Safari to go to the address login.live.com, I was presented with two 1Password choices, but only the login that had a user name worked properly. The other choice displayed a date for the username.

I now use the app for OneDrive rather then Safari address.

I can confirm that removing/archiving an account without a username fixes the issue for one account, however, I wouldn’t consider that a long term fix.
