No Elastic Band Effect When Scrolling

Hello,

I really like 1Password 8 on both my Mac and iPhone! That said, there's an instance where the Mac app doesn't really feel like a Mac app:

When scrolling in the 1Password main app (or extension for Edge), when I reach the top or the bottom of the page, I expect to see an 'elastic band' effect caused by the scroll momentum. This is missing in 1Password 8 and it makes the experience a little jarring for me since it doesn't feel very Mac-like.

I'd like to make a feature request: If the 1Password team could add the momentum/elastic band effect for the top/bottom of a list when scrolling through items, it would be super awesome (and very much appreciated).
