1P doesn't offer to save new website credentials.
Until 1P8, when I would create a login on a website or sign into a website for the first time from my computer, 1P would pop up asking if I wanted to save the new login. That no longer happens. Google Chrome does it but not 1P. I have to take a lot of time to go into 1P8, create a new sign on, paste the username, password and website to create a new login that I can then fill in using 1P from now on. Is there a setting I'm missing or something else I'm doing wrong?

The extension version number you've provided is the 1Password classic extension. 1Password 8 requires 1Password in the browser. If you install 1Password in the browser for Chrome, and disable the classic extension, does that improve your state of play? Let me know.
