I am required to log in repeatedly after the first 1-2 successful attempts

After initially logging in and acquiring needed credentials for a website, I am slightly later required again to log in for a 2nd or 3rd site's credentials but have not logged out nor closed the app (still sitting in my Task bar in Windows or still active in iOS). This is applicable in both OS.
