I do not want an online account. Where is my 1Pass 7? Why is my account frozen?

I was “upgraded” to v.8 which I never asked for nor wanted. I do not want a subscription. I paid for the app which worked great until this forced update. If v.8 is required, please tell me how to make it “subscription free”.

    1Password 8 now requires a 1Password account, and no longer supports standalone vaults synced using iCloud or Dropbox. It sounds like you may have purchased 1Password 7 for iOS previously. If you're seeing a frozen account in 1Password 8 however, it sounds like you may have also signed up for a 1Password account in the past.

    Your best bet would be to reach out to us directly via email at support+tradein@1password.com. We would be able to assist you there and make sure all of your data is where you expect.
