All saved passwords are doubled up in the vault

Hi there, after one of the last updates, actually quite a while ago, ALL my saved login items have doubled up. Will I have to delete every single one (that is doubled up) manually?
I only have one vault, so I don’t know why this happened. Anybody have an idea? Thanks for your help!
