1Password taking over focus on every site and click

In Safari, when I click on a link or a tab, 1Password is taking the focus, which means I have to click back into Safari every time, which is quite annoying. When I disable the extension, the behavior is corrected. Is this a known problem with the extension, or a Ventura issue?
