1Password 8 file goes back to previous version, how can be possible??
Hello, strange thing is happened, I made a new password file, one week ago and put it at my favorites list. When I wanted to login on a website, he couldn't find the password file. I was searching in 1Password 8, and I found the file but the file was an earlier version. How can this happen? He was also not in my favorites list anymore, lucky for me, the username and password were still the same..... Is this a syncing bug? In the Watchtower showed me before 1050 files, at the moment, 1045, do I lost 5 files??? I looked in de deleted files folder but don't see any files I missed. For security reasons, is there a possibility can make periodic backups of all files to a local destination? Because this is scary and afraid to lost files in my vault

Hello @doubledutch59! 👋
I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble finding the correct version of an item. When you say that you "made a new password file" do you mean that you created an entirely new Login item? Or did you update an existing login item with a new username or password?
Can you tell me if you see the correct version of the item when you log in to your 1Password account on 1Password.com (in the browser, not the app)? If you don't then can you check to see if the correct version of the item is either in the Archive or Recently Deleted:
- Log in to your 1Password account on 1Password.com (in the browser, not the app).
- Click All Vaults.
- In the sidebar click Archive. Check for the item.
- If you don't see the item in the Archive then click View Recently Deleted. Do you see the item here?
You can also check to see the previous version of an item: View and restore previous versions of items
Let me know if that helps. 🙂
