Remove an account from my phone (1P 8)

I have had a 1P Family account for a long time. My partner and I are both "people" on the account. Now I have a new job and it comes with its own computer and phone. I don't want any personal info on those devices, so I created a new "person" on the account - it's linked to my work email address.

But, I wasn't thinking, and used my emergency kit to put my personal account on the iPhone. Then, I went "oops" and added my work account.

How can I delete my personal account so only the new work account is the only one on my iPhone?
