What should I do to change my Apple ID region and not lost my current subscription?

I moved to another country and planning to change my Apple ID region to the current country where I live in. I read the Apple instruction, and that said, I need to wait, while all my subscriptions will ended. But, my current 1Password subscription will end in January. If I try to change the region now - will I lose these months, or they will be transferred to my new Apple ID region? My current region is Ukraine, and I going to change it to Polland.
