Quick Access autosuggest not working for Postbox app
I use the Postbox app for email. I had configured 1Password7 Mini so when Postbox was in the foreground and I clicked on the 1Password toolbar icon, it would auto-suggest the Postbox password and I could copy it with one additional click. (The "website" for postbox in 1password is set to app://com.postbox-inc.postbox, the last part of which is the CFBundleIdentifier from the Info.plist file).
This doesn't work with 1Password 8.
Clicking on the 1Password toolbar icon drops down a menu. Then when I choose "Quick Access" from the menu, Quick Access appears but doesn't auto-suggest Postbox. Then I can search for Postbox and my account comes up. I have to ignore the most prominent button that says "open in website", because it's not a real website. I also can't click on the text that says "Copy password" because it's just a label not a button. Instead I can click on the 3-dot menu and finally click on "Copy password". (So many clicks!)
Autosuggesting in Quick Access does seem to work for other apps (spotify and firefox, anyway).
I tried removing the app:// "website" from 1Password in case that mechanism had changed, but it didn't help.

Hey @emclain
You can link the Postbox app to that Login by choosing Autofill from the ⋮ menu (or by pressing Shift–Enter). You'll see a pop-up asking if you want to
Fill Once
orFill & Update Login
. ChoosingFill & Update Login
will link the app to the Login, and it'll be suggested when you bring up Quick Access in the future. Or if you want to autofill straightaway without having Quick Access open, you can press ⌘\ (Command–Backslash).Have a try of that and let me know how things go. :)
