Popup boxes obscure other fields in 1Password v8

When trying to create a new login using 1Password v8 on my iPad (iOS 15.6.1) there is a popup box attached to the “username” field with helpful suggestions but it totally covers the “password” field below even after selecting one of the usernames. So I can’t get past the first field to complete the form. I have not been able to create any new logins on my iPad since I updated. Suggestions on how to make the popup box disappear?

  • Hi @nshellab

If you're referring to the menu shown here, you can tap the 1Password icon to toggle it on or off if it's in the way:

If it's something else, would you be able to take a screenshot on your iPad and show me? 🔍👀 Check that no personal information such as any passwords, your credit card number, Secret Key or account password are visible.️

Use Markup on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch to cover sensitive details if necessary. Don't use the marker pen tool because it's slightly transparent. I'd suggest filled rectangles instead.

I look forward to hearing from you. :)
