I have two suggestions. I take a screenshot and add it like you. Save important files in 1Password
If you have an iPhone and the phone can capture text in a screenshot you may be able copy and paste those into a note. Copy and translate text from photos on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support I used this just last night helping my son get his backup codes into a new account he created. I have to admit it was pretty slick. No need to add a screenshot if you don't want to. But I will add those old habits are hard to break and yes, I did add a screenshot. 😉
