It's hard to asses the trial of a program I can't enter and am unsure how it is syncing and risking overwriting all my existing files.
Now at 7 hours working on this and begun 3 weeks ago on the question.
Getting repetitive responses which appear to have not read any of prior communications.
I have older standalone Win and Mac versions, purchased an upgrade.

We aim to respond as quickly as possible to emails. I've located your ticket and I've reached out to the team so that we can get a reply out to you shortly. In the future I would try to avoid sending multiple emails without a response from us, if possible.
