When I use 1password in my browser, 1 of my accounts is locked, while the desktop app isn't

I have 2 1password accounts set up. When I use 1password in Chrome, I cannot use one of my accounts, since it is locked. When I start up the browser app, everything works fine. I restarted the desktop app, the browser, the macbook, but none of this helps
