my.1password.eu Login - Browser extension uses wrong secret key

I have saved the data needed for the login at https://my.1password.eu/signin in 1P. Strange things happen when I use it: the browser extension (whether Safari or other) uses a wrong secret key. The secret key is stored correctly in 1P and is displayed correctly both in the browser extensions and in the Mac app. If I copy the secret key manually from the 1P entry and insert it at https://my.1password.eu/signin, the login works without any problems. If I let the browser extension insert the data, an incorrect secret key is inserted. There is only one entry for the 1P login. What is happening here?

Extension Version: 2.3.7
OS Version: 12.6.

1P Password uses an old secret key. When I look under "View Item History", I see exactly this old secret key that 1P always uses. Instead of the current secret key. What is going on?

I'm seeing the same thing with a recently changed login password. So I disabled and uninstalled the Safari extension, deleted the "1Password for Safari" app from my Applications folder, then reinstalled. This fixed the problem. But it seems to be a pretty bad bug.
I've given details in a separate post.

@maxbug This seems to be a more serious problem. Also all other browser extensions use the wrong (old) secret key. At least for me, it can't be just the Safari integration. But try this as you recommended. Delete and reinstall. Let's see what that brings.
