I am having a very hard time upgrading my 1Password from Ver 7 to Ver 8.

I have the family plan, and about 7 values
I got a message on my phone and on my computer to update from ver 7 to Ver 8.
I did so on both my phone and computer.
I got a pop up message that said this update was not complete that I had to "run a WLAN sync" to bring over my various libraries.
I went to my phone and could not figure out how to do this.
I went to my computer and could not figure how to do this but I tried to sync with iCloud.

Now, some good news. On the upgrade ver 8, on my computer, all of my 500+ Passwords from Ver 7 came over.

Not so good news, Here are my issues:

  1. On my phone, Ver 8. It looks like I might have two accounts. I have my family plan and a singular plan. Can someone please help me figure out if this is so, and how to merge them if this is the case. I do not mind eliminating one of the accounts.
  2. On my phone, Ver 8. There does not appear to be a sync function anymore that I can find. Can someone please help me navigate to where this function is on Ver 8.
  3. On my phone, Ver 8. My 500+ passwords on Version 7.0 have now been duplicated to 1113 items!!! Please let me know how can I fix (deduplicate) this?
  4. On my computer, Ver 8. my 500+ passwords on Version 7.0 have now become 954 items. Putting aside the issue with duplication, there should not be a difference between my phone (1113 vs. 954 items). Please help me figure out how I might I reconcile the difference between 1113 and 954 items (59 items) between my phone and my computer, and secondly, how do I fix the duplication issue?
  5. Related to the above issues, I went to my phone and my computer and went vault by vault for ver 8 and 7 and did a reconciliation:

    i. Vault A 1052 items on phone Ver 8 848 items on my computer Ver 8
Vault A 848 items on phone Ver 7 848 items on my computer Ver 7

ii. Vault B 4 items on my phone Ver 8 and 1 item on my computer Ver 8
Vault B 1 item on phone Ver 7 1 item on my computer Ver 7

iii. Vault C 1 item on my phone Ver 8 and 1 item on my computer Ver 8
Vault C 0 items on phone Ver 7 0 items on my computer Ver 7

iv. Vault D 271 items on phone Ver 8 and 182 items on my computer Ver 8
Vault D 182 items on phone Ver 7 182 items on my computer Ver 7

    v. Vault E 8 items on my phone Ver 8 and 4 items on my computer Ver 8
Vault E 4 items on phone Ver 7 4 items on my computer Ver 7

vi. Vault F 91 items on my phone Ver 8 and 34 items on my computer Ver 8
Vault F 34 items on phone Ver 7 34 items on my computer Ver 7

vi. Vault G 42 items on my phone Ver 8 and 34 items on my computer Ver 8
Vault G 34 items on phone Ver 7 and 34 items on my computer Ver 7

vii. Vault H 20 items on my phone Ver 8 and 10 item on my computer Ver 8
Vault H 10 items on phone Ver 7 and 10 items on my computer Ver 7

In short, while version 7 was a dream, and there was 100% concordance between phone and computer-- my upgrade made everything go haywire, and would like to talk with someone from the United States who can help me figure this all, meaning
a. ensure I have one account and only one account
b. ensure 100% sync between devices and, most critical
c. help me deduplicate data, and make sure vault architecture carries through.

I spent 3 hours on the above and would appreciate a call, if possible.

thanks

Marc
