Support has been able to duplicate the issue, so they are working on it. It only does it on the Beta version.

Hey dribnus,
This doesn't seem quite right. Can you give the below steps a try to see if it improves the behaviour:
- Right click on the 1Password icon in your browser toolbar and choose 'Settings'.
- Disable the setting that says 'Integrate with 1Password app'.
- Wait a few moments and re enable this setting.
- Test to see if things are working as expected.
