I’m having a couple of “serious” problems since downloading Password 8

I downloaded Password 8 onto my iPad, seems ok. Downloaded it to iPhone, and the old icon is there. Should I delete it? I then wanted to download onto my iMac laptop, but I can’t even open Password. When I went to, it asked for my password, opened sort of, with nothing!

  • Hi there @PennyG

If you've installed 1Password 8 on your iPhone and you're happy that everything you need can be found in 1Password 8, then it's safe to remove 1Password 7 from your iPhone.

When it comes to 1Password on your iMac, you mentioned that it "opened sort of, with nothing" – could you tell me a bit more about that? If you think a screenshot will help show this, please post one here.
