windows 11 pro can't log into App
I have a situation where one user can't log in using a PC running Windows 11 Pro. He has deleted and re-downloaded the app from our master account. Ideas or similar experiences?

Is the user able to log in to their account 1Password.com?
If they are able to login into 1Password.com I would like to investigate further. I'd like to ask you to have the user create a diagnostics report from their Windows PC:

Yes, he can log in on 1password.com and his iPhone. Just not on the Windows device. I will work with him on the diagnostic report.
