No public 1PUX version 3 spec

Not sure what the best topic is for this.

There is a public 1pux format outlined at https://support.1password.com/1pux-format/. This seems to be 1pux version 2. It would be great if this site could be updated to version 3 spec. This could help communities create richer importers and exporters.
