AutoFill suggestions broken on 80907017

After updating to build 80907017, AutoFill suggestions (in both apps and Safari) don't work. I've tried disabling and re-enabling the feature, but the only thing that works is downgrading to a previous build, such as 80906054.

Can reproduce the issue on both iOS 16.0.3 and 16.0.4.
