"1Password can't verify that 1Password should have access…" keep seeing this error message

I keep seeing error messages like this one when using 1Password in Safari.

What does this mean? How do I fix it permanently?

1Password Version: 8.9.4
Extension Version: 2.3.3
OS Version: 12.3.1
Browser:_ Safari

    Hey there @jackbrannen

    You'll see this if the website field in the item doesn't match the website you're visiting, or the item doesn't have a website added at all.

    In this case, if you're happy that you're on the appropriate website, you can click Fill & Update Login to add that website to the item. Then, you won't see the warning any more because it'll match.

    @GreyM1P Thanks. Is this a new change? I've been using 1PW for years and have never seen this before. Now I'm seeing it all the time. I have few websites saved among my passwords. This suggests I'm going to have to endure dozens and dozens of these prompts now before things work as they used to.
