Single user account from iphone to family account

Purchased a single user account from App Store and I want to upgrade to Family account now. Can somebody help me?
Also, what are the payment methods for 1Password? I don't have a credit cart (since i live in holland), does 1password support paypal?

As far as payment methods, for 1Password.com, we support:

• Credit cards and debit cards (issued on major credit card networks such as Mastercard/Visa)
• 1Password.com gift cards [.com only]
• Apple App Store / Google Play Store payments

We are unable to accept subscription payments via PayPal directly at this time, but gift cards can be purchased using PayPal. I hope that helps!
